Karpathos (Κάρπαθος)
Interesting Island, somewhat off the tourist trail. Not easy to get to, though it does have a small airport.
The village of Olymbos, in the north, is separated from the rest of the island by a mountain range and so it developed independently and even has a distinct dialect and unique traditional costume. Fascinating history.
